Reporting to the Global Chief Commercial Officer, this is a highly visible and essential leadership role. The SVP of Global Marketing will lead and oversee the’ global end to end marketing function for IAS. This hands-on leader will work closely with the C-suite on setting the marketing strategy for scaling all business units globally. This position requires someone with an agile mindset, a focus on measurable marketing results, and a lead-by-example approach to team development and collaboration. This role is based in NYC or SF.
Responsibilities:Â
- Enhance and formalize IAS’ 3-5 year go to market strategy that enables the company to scale strategically across all use cases and verticals
- Use data driven and evidence based approaches to test and identify new sources of demand to create revenue growth opportunities
- Set up a best-in-class Product Marketing function, driving close partnership across Sales, Marketing and Product teams
- Effectively manage team in multiple time zones and cultures while understanding and upholding cross-cultural sensitivity and awareness in managing diverse teams
- Lead Brand, PR, and Internal communications talent to ensure a consistent voice, market presence, and positive brand image.
- Hire, develop, train, and mentor exceptional talent and hold the team responsible for executing on their goals with clear accountability measures and best practices.
- Liaise between Product, Revenue, and Operations as a voice of market feedback to tailor enterprise products accordingly
- Build and maintain a spirit of shared mission, purpose, and culture throughout the marketing and communications teams and through the entire organization
- Develop and implement a well rounded lead generation strategy using a combination of inbound and outbound marketing methods
- Contribute to overall pipeline and revenue growth of the company with existing and new business
- Establish, track and measure OKRs and budgets for marketing and communication departments in partnership with the overall growth strategy
Requirements:Â
- 15+ years of experience in a high-growth B2B and/or B2C marketing role, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role; Digital Advertising and/or AdTech a huge plus
- Hands on experience leading and scaling a large, global, high-performing team
- Experience in many facets of marketing (i.e. GTM strategy, demand generation, Product Marketing, digital marketing, branding and communications, events, Measurement & Insights, etc.) with strong focus driving outbound growth.
- Expertise working cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Experience successfully running internal and external communications campaigns with quantifiable results
- Deep expertise in utilizing data for both reporting and interpreting insights to make key decisions
- Excellent communicator, confirming key messages cascade across the organization to all levels
- Able to set priorities while remaining flexible in an ever-changing environment
- Curiosity, ownership mindset and drive for results
