Anaplan is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President, GTM OPERATIONS based in the US as one of the key leaders of the Global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role will partner closely with theatre sales leaders and functional GTM leaders across Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific to plan and drive operational strategies that support the company’s profitable growth and market leadership. The position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Your Impact- Lead the operations team for the GTM organization.
- Design, build and implement the operational & planning processes that support our ability to meet and exceed our bookings and EBITDA targets and fuel the profitable growth of Anaplan to $2B in revenue and beyond.
- Responsible for forecasting, field operations, marketing operations, enablement GTM planning and strategy, GTM technology, commercial operations (deals desk and order management) and leading our GTM transformation program.
- Provide strong leadership to the Operations teams and in support of our theater and functional leaders and our teams in the field.
- Lead an elite GTM planning process that results in clear priorities, strong interlock (within GTM and across the company) and territories and goals that support the company’s financial plan and that also support broad attainment and participation in the field.
- Provide timely and actionable reporting and insights to leaders across the GTM organization, supporting our goals to achieve industry-leading productivity, efficiency and operational excellence.
- Partner with enablement and field leadership to develop and deliver enablement and coaching programs that support improving field productivity and broad participation.
- At least 15 years of global sales / revenue / GTM operations experience in a senior leadership capacity in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Driven to create a winning company and GTM organization. Very high level of personal accountability.
- Consistent track record of partnering with GTM leaders and the C-Suite to deliver strategic priorities and profitable growth.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence and get things done across a diverse distributed team and across functional domains.
- Effective leader and coach; committed to giving and receiving feedback.
- Experience working in a company that has successfully delivered Rule of 60+ (profitable growth) will be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience.
- Occasional travel will be required.
