We help local marketers, media companies, agencies, and channel sales organizations leverage our proprietary advertising software platform, Ui.Marketing.
Summary of Role:
Now active in 5 countries and over 300 markets, the AdCellerant team is looking to hire a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations to help strategically guide and execute the company’s growth. The SVP of Operations will focus on scaling the department, meeting cross-departmental KPI’s, and supporting Product and Engineering, all while investigating the future of digital operations, tools, technology, and more to ensure AdCellerant remains ahead of the field.
The SVP of Operations will oversee the company’s entire ad operation, a team of nearly 60 people, while supporting strategic aspects of the business in product, technology, P/L management, support, and overall corporate development. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, management skills, communication skills, time management, planning, and execution. While experience will matter, the ideal candidate will also possess an extreme level of curiosity combined with an aptitude for learning new things.
Responsibilities:
- General: Oversee individual department operations helping leadership teams manage towards and achieve KPIs, maintain SLAs, meet budget expectations, and grow/build teams.
- Team: Work with the leadership team to develop our existing leadership team and identify future leaders, all to create/maintain the culture of internal career development.
- Strategic Operation: Challenge the status quo, develop a culture of success, and never settle for good enough. Advertising and technology are constantly evolving, it is up to the SVP to challenge our operation to evolve with it.
- Product/Technology: Work directly on, while deploying departmental resources towards advancing operations through the Product and Technology teams.
- Communication: Unite department leaders across the company through strong communication that guarantees everyone is aligned on solutions affecting internal/external customers.
- Leadership: Own and lead Operations, their meeting cadence, reporting, and integrating throughout the organization.
- Troubleshooting: As the head of Operations, the SVP will also be the ultimate problem solver when standard solutions are insufficient. Be able to solve tactical issues while making strategic recommendations that solve the more significant issue long term.
- Partner Communication: Work with Partners, and client decision-makers, throughout any aspect of their working relationship with the company. Able to help solve problems, de-escalate issues, and work towards mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Executive Expectations: Work with existing Executive Team, AdCellerant Board of Directors, Bankers, etc. owning/representing Operations for the company.
- Team Building: A department of 60 requires specific and strong leadership skills that help promote individual growth, management growth, and long-term tight team relationships.
Location Information:
- Ability to report to Denver, CO office regularly required. This role will report to the office weekly, with the potential for increased frequency as needed during certain initiatives, etc. Work from home available.
- Our HQ is in Denver, Colorado. Our fun, downtown location is open for those who wish to work in the office, set visitor meetings, and collaborate with coworkers in person. Compensation:
Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and bonuses, targeting a total annual compensation range of $160,000 - $200,000.

Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in digital ad operations
- 10+ years of management experience
- Deep knowledge, understanding, and experience creating new workflows, standardizing processes, and scaling volume-based work
- In-depth understanding and experience with digital ad products, measurement, tech platforms, and services
- Knowledge and understanding of emerging industry trends, regulations, and standards including PII/Privacy/HIPPA/etc.
- Proven ability to scale teams, workflow, tools, and more across large organizations
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, process, and workflow
- Thrives in complex, fast-paced work environments
- Proven ability to help Product and Engineering teams create/automate solutions specific to operations
