As Maven's SVP of Operations, you will bring your deep expertise in high-growth digital health companies, operational management and team leadership to help mature and scale the operational backbone of the organization, as we continue our rapid growth and serve more members than ever before.
As SVP of Operations, you will:
  • Closely partner with our Chief Medical Officer to realize our clinical vision, including ensuring clinical quality of all member experiences, and delivering on key long-term clinical outcomes
  • Set a vision for excellence across clinical, growth and business operations and ensure flawless execution
  • Oversee clinical and business operations, including workforce planning, team design and staffing, scheduling, and administration
  • Leverage Maven's technology platform in close partnership with our Chief Product Officer, to empower our member-facing care team and providers, and leverage these resources efficiently for the maximum benefit for our members
  • Design and continuously improve end-to-end business processes to support new capabilities, product offerings and partnerships
  • Build and cultivate a high-performing team that collaborates effectively across the company
  • Report directly to the CEO

We're looking for a candidate who:
  • Brings 15+ years relevant experience that includes
    • Deep operational experience in healthcare delivery, creating, scaling and running services and support functions at high-growth businesses
    • A track record of successfully building, leading and scaling large, diverse teams
    • Building and scaling systems and processes in high-growth, fast-paced, high-performing environments
    • Driving cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable impact for their organization's finances, customers and employees
  • Embodies Maven's values, including keeping healthcare human, embracing a service mindset, and leading with data
  • Is a strong executive communicator, partner and teammate
  • Is effective at navigating ambiguity and leading through change
  • Exemplifies a continuous learning mindset and sense of humility
