What We Are Looking For: 

The SVP Product Management leads the team with primary responsibility for the revenue, growth, and profitability of Sectigo’s products. In addition, this team has thethe Product Management Team takes the lead in developing product vision resulting in product roadmaps for both existing and new products across existing and new markets. Your team’s success depends on close co-operation with all company departments. In effect, Product Management is the central point of leadership for the company’s value proposition.

This leader will have a unique blend of business and technical skills to create and present product proposals based on facts from competitive analysis, sales point of view, as well as the views of customers and prospects Sectigo does not currently serve.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication andpeople skills , as you will be communicating with all departments in the company at both management and employee level, as well as interacting with partners, customers, the presspress, and analysts.

This role is an integral part of senior management and will regularly interact with, listen to, and influence the executive leadership team.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio

• Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap for all products

• Creatione and presentation of visionary innovations, strategic decision proposals, as well as the judicious determination of business cases.

• You will representRepresentation of Sectigo the company with regard to strategic customers, the press and analysts.

• Ownership of pProfit and loss responsibility for the entire product portfolio.

• Identify and promote of high potential product managers as well as hiring, onboarding and development of the team.

• Identification of emerging trends, opportunities and threats in the market through thorough market analysis and competitive research.

• Other duties and projects as related to the role of Product Management and as assigned.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field strongly preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience in product management

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in an international environment and across multiple sites

• High level motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams

• Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology.

• Security solutions experience is a preference but not a requirement.
