Job Title: Senior Vice President, Strategy & Operations

Job Description
Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of financial services company. Formulate policies and assume ownership and responsibility for multiple business roadmaps across all post sales strategy and operations. Prepare business for high growth period by prioritizing and executing all post enrollment scaling initiatives across the customer service departments and back office functions. Design and implement initiatives that focus on new projects and process optimization, including initiatives requiring end-to-end execution from initial assessment through recommendation and implementation. Oversee and supervise junior team members in designing business models and launching new subsidiaries in the debt settlement industry. Assume P&L ownership and responsibility for newly launched subsidiaries, including overseeing all aspects of operations, and preparing monthly presentations to C-Suite on key business metrics. Prepare for high growth in a startup environment by leading others in identifying inefficient manual processes, re-designing and implementing automated processes and propose KPIs. Lead road map of enhancements to drive business improvements, reduce risk, and enable new capabilities in business operations. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business to define needs and deliver holistic solutions. Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives with solid business judgment. Oversee and mentor direct reports and junior team members. Telecommuting permitted.

Education Requirement: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related.

Experience Requirement: 1 year of experience in management analysis, strategy, operations management or related.

Alternate Requirements: In lieu of a master's degree plus one year of experience, will accept a bachelor's degree plus five years of experience in the same fields.

Special Skills: Must have work experience with each of the following: (1) Design business model and launch new subsidiary in the debt settlement industry; (2) Prepare for high growth in a startup environment by identifying inefficient manual processes, re-designing and implementing automated processes and propose KPIs; and (3) Develop roadmap of enhancements to drive business improvements, reduce risk, and enable new capabilities in back-office business operations.

 

The base salary range represents the anticipated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered within the range will depend on numerous factors including the individual’s skills, experience, performance, and the location where work is performed. In addition to base salary, this position qualifies for an annual bonus subject to the terms outlined in the company's bonus plan. Full-time employees hired into this position are eligible for health care benefits shown here. 
Base Salary Range
$230,000—$276,000 USD
