Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Visual Designer to help own and drive brand awareness, visual consistency, and strategy. You will play an integral role in evolving and championing the Premise brand. If this sounds like you, we would love to have you join our team!

What you get to do:

• Build and maintain a visual library and guidelines containing and defining Premise’s brand
• Drive campaigns from conception to implementation
• Lead creative and visual design across marketing, product, sales initiatives
• Evolve and mature our brand identity as we launch products and enter new markets

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience of data storytelling a B2B tech company
• Deep understanding of graphic design and branding principles
• Proven ability to create compelling marketing materials (events, print, swag)
• Experience designing responsive digital products across web and native platforms
• Proven ability to manage a design system and design elegant, intuitive UI within constraints
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines
• Self-starter, collaborative team player, with a startup mindset
• Detail-oriented, well organized, with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams (product, content, engineering) and stakeholders to align on and develop a creative vision
• Expert in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Video editing & social animation content experience 

Your background likely includes:

• Cross-functional experience in fast-paced startups, creating visually refined and cohesive experiences
• A deep understanding of the elements of design including web, typography, layout, balance, and proportion
• Diverse experience with visual storytelling including infographics, data visualization, e-books and illustrations
• Partnering with product and engineering to understand technical constraints and how to make pragmatic tradeoffs on your designs
