NIKE TN Inc., Memphis, TN. Design, build and deploy data visualization reports, dashboards, and insights to enable business decisions, drive performance and lead to the accomplishment of annual goals. Implement robust data visualization and dashboarding solutions that help the business leverage and operationalize analytical insights to drive performance. Lead development and ongoing management of tools and processes, establishing metrics to monitor plans and communicate critical reports. Utilize expertise to collaborate with key partners to understand requirements for reports and interactive dashboards, drive knowledge into action and support data driven decision making. Work independently and take initiative to identify, explore and solve problems. Collaborate with Nike data engineering teams to iterate on the design and implementation of data visualization products. Aid in prototyping solutions, delivering recommendations and presentations, integrating user feedback, and participating in collaborative work sessions or workshops. Manage the lifecycle of data visualization products including providing training, measuring adoption, and establishing metrics to monitor adoption and business value. Collaborate with data engineering teams to iterate on the design and implementation of data visualization products. Participate in BI Reporting architecture design reviews. Document and communicate systems as well as analytics changes to the business to translate complex functionality into business relevant language. Ensure quality assurance by unit test activities including the development of test cases and publication of unit test results with performance tuning of BI processes. Participate proactively and diligently in identifying and communicating scope, design, development issues and recommending potential solutions. Keep current on data visualization technology and best practices. Work closely with business partners to understand needs and help define requirements for reporting solutions.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:
