Position Overview:
The Senior Web Analyst is responsible for developing reporting and owning the organization and implementation of the Paylocity website tagging infrastructure. As a Senior Web Analyst, you will be a key thought leader in making strategic data-driven decisions and developing our prospect and customer engagement strategy, and you will take the lead on maturing our targeted campaigns, as well as reporting out on various marketing projects to scale our strategic capabilities.
You will be advising on process improvement and will be consulting on scaling data collection, reporting, and analytics and will be translating the data into insights that can lead the rest of the marketing and go-to-market organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on digital implementation and measurement as it relates to web analytics for all public Paylocity websites
• Produce digital reports and analyses and help formulate, standardize, and implement tracking requirements.
• Lead the formulation of a sustainable and reusable framework for collecting, reporting, and analyzing digital behavior and web analytics data with the goal of improving user experience and increasing acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention
• Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams to continuously inform and improve marketing decisions.
• Effectively communicate analytical results to non-technical team members and senior level executives.

Education and Experience

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a web or digital analyst
• BS in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics, or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years of experience building complex web analytics solutions and have demonstrated competency in architecting and implementing the analytical tools like Heap.io, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tag Management Systems, etc.
• Demonstrated competency writing tagging specifications, testing tagging, building custom reports, and analyzing data in a business context
• 2+ years of experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.
• Ability to work independently and drive your own projects
• Proactive with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Highly reliable and accountable to achieve deadlines, working with multiple team members across different departments, while managing multiple projects

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $75,594 - $102,499/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
