Job Description

This position can be remote anywhere in the USA

What You'll Do:

The Senior Web Analyst- Campaigns and Conversion Rate Optimization (North America), is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the company’s website through the lens of strategic marketing campaigns to increase conversion rates and drive business growth. You will collaborate with various global internal stakeholders and external partners to orchestrate thoughtful digital experiences that accelerate purchase decisions, improve customer loyalty, satisfaction and drive sales. You will apply digital and web expertise, guiding our digital teams to establish and implement innovative approaches to engage customers and optimize sales conversions. You are the connector between the web and demand generation teams. You sit at the intersection of brand, marketing and IT and bring together the cross-functional teams to drive and execute the work to optimize the web for ongoing lead conversion.

Strategy

  • Through the lens of sales, you collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to drive, influence and bring together web content strategies, digital design, SEO and analytics best practices into cohesive and high-performing web pages and experiences

  • Solicit, review, and evaluate requests from internal customers

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, including identifying and addressing issues that may be impacting conversion rates

Editorial 

  • Conduct A/B testing, analyzing website traffic and user behavior data, and developing and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates.

  • Create pages in Adobe Experience Manager for quick-turn campaigns


Experience 

  • Ensure the msi.com user experience and user interface remain modern and dynamic

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in conversion optimization

Governance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that optimization efforts align with the company’s overall marketing goals

  • Ensure design system principles and editorial standards and guidelines are met across MSI web properties

Analytics

  • Monitor and evaluate projects/business initiatives against key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate results and recommendations to leadership

  • Advise on best practices in web content strategy based on foundations of analytics, seo, design, taxonomy, and user experience principles of conversion driven user journeys

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Expertise in web conversion rate optimization, ideally for B2B lead generation 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Web copywriting and editing experience

  • Web/landing page/mobile conversion optimization experience

  • Confident knowledge of UX/UI best practices

  • Experience and knowledge and content management systems, Adobe Experience Manager experience a plus

  • Experience working with Data Insight teams or tools such as Google Analytics and web A/B testing platforms to pull web reporting and interpret the data to support digital content discussions with key business partners

  • Strong proficiency and passion for iterative testing (A/B testing, multi-page testing, multivariate testing)

  • Moderate to advanced understanding of SEO best practice

  • Versed in techniques and approaches using HTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, responsive design

  • Ability to learn new software and marketing tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital, conversion optimization, marketing or related field

  • Experience in B2B industries is preferred but not required

  • CMS experience preferred but not required
