Senior Web Designer

You are someone with specialized expertise to bridge the gap between Web Design and Graphic Design that will drive business outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Management of all aspects of company website from design to building exceptional web experiences.
• Coordination of website needs with Marketing Team and company stakeholders
• Creation and management of website pages and campaign sales/landing pages
• Coordination and implementation of website technical updates: theme and plugins
• Coordination and implementation of website content updates: page content and blog updates
• Management of staging site for updates, publishing updates to live website, and live site backups
• Creation of web graphics (Photoshop, Canva)
• Conceptualize, develop, and execute designs based on the creative brief provided by the marketing team while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Research industry trends and competitors and bring innovative ideas for website enhancements.
• Create low and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
• Create a living design system for our branded web experiences
• Coordination of graphic design needs with Marketing Team
• Design, layout, and production of print and digital marketing materials including:
  • Marketing brochures, Sales sheets, eBooks, White papers, Print ads, Digital ads, Graphics for email, social media, and website/landing pages
  • Trade show booth graphics
  • PowerPoint presentation graphics
• Management of all design files and assets on shared company drive
• Work transparently and share progress, early and often, with remote teams
• Attention to detail beyond the visual surface

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in corporate website design, development, and management
• Expert knowledge in current web design and development best practices for desktop and mobile
• Expert knowledge of front-end web design/development, HTML, CSS (PHP and MySQL preferred)
• Expert Knowledge of WordPress CMS, Elementor builder plugin
• Expert Knowledge of Website SEO, Google Search Console (Semrush or Moz preferred)
• Working Knowledge of Google Analytics and Looker Studio (HubSpot Website Analytics preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Strong design, layout, and typography skills
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro required; XD preferred)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
