ABOUT THE POSITION
The Senior Web Designer works closely with other teams to develop strong and traditional creative concepts, create solutions that achieve business requirements and deliver designs that improve engagement, conversion, customer satisfaction and the overall customer experience.
This position presents work, develops creative content, and explains the rational and thinking behind the work. Initiatives include proactive improvement of core functionality on site, brand campaign support, site-wide promotions, email campaigns, dedicated interactive experiences, and original concepts for eComm specific stories.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- By Creating innovative concepts and designs that align with brand campaigns, project goals and overall brand creative direction.
- Create elevated and visual graphics of brand design and storytelling through conceptual approaches in the digital space and an uncompromising attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Guide design processes and partners with other teams to ensure best practices are being met. 10 % Ensures own performance and guides other designers to seamlessly meet both creative and business goals.
- Consult with technical disciplines to ensure design work is within given limitations and files are prepared with all necessary information to support the design intent. Successfully implements design.
- Articulate design rationale for project creative solutions to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with other design teams to execute and deliver a flawless multi-channel end product.
- Use data to inform future design decisions through hindsight reviews of high-traffic pages.
YOU ARE
- Organized and detail oriented
- An excellent communicator with all levels across an organization
- Experienced with digital needs and best practices
- Experiences with various tools, systems, or procedures as it relates to the SR Web Designer
YOU HAVE
- 5-8 years' professional experience
- Strong understanding of web developments, content management systems Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and CSS
- Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to deliver quality design at high volume in a tight timeframe
- Strong Prototyping ability
- Experience directing, studio and on-location photoshoots
