The Marketing team at UpGuard includes multiple marketing and design functions, including Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Content Marketing, SEO, Community, Design, and Video. UpGuard’s vision is to become a leader in the markets we play in (Cyber VRM, Attack Surface Management) by providing a best-in-class SaaS platform for organizations to manage their third-party risk and external attack surface. Our purpose as a Marketing team is to facilitate this goal by growing UpGuard with a repeatable and scalable marketing engine and a leading brand.

What will you accomplish?
- Develop and implement cutting-edge design strategies that make our website not just a tool, but an experience. Introduce out-of-the-box solutions that captivate and engage users.
- Spearhead the redesign of web layouts to optimize navigation and user experience, setting new standards in web design.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Webflow developer to bring your visionary designs to life, ensuring a seamless and impactful digital presence.
- Design a myriad of UI-based experiences, from interactive events to innovative online tools, ensuring each interaction is memorable and impactful.
- Understand the marketing strategy behind each project, ensuring the final design perfectly narrates and aligns with the strategic goals.
- Create and maintain a dynamic Figma component library, ensuring it reflects our ever-evolving website CSS library and upholds our design integrity.
What we're looking for?
- At least 6+ years in web design, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to create sophisticated, award-worthy web interfaces and engaging user experiences.
- A proactive, creative visionary who can push conventional boundaries and introduce groundbreaking solutions in web design.
- Proven ability to illustrate key strategic insights in an engaging and memorable way
- Proficiency in Figma, including the creation and management of comprehensive component libraries.
- Experience with Webflow and a strong understanding of web accessibility standards and responsive design frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and projects under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to create web UI and digital experiences that illustrate key strategic insights in an engaging and memorable way
What will give you an edge?
- Previous experience in the SaaS or cybersecurity industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for supporting multimedia and graphic design tasks.
