Senior Web3 Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web3 Senior Product Manager to lead and manage our product development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the Web3 space, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, development, and execution. Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and execute product strategies that drive growth, user engagement, and adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Conduct market research, user feedback analysis, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and maintain a clear product roadmap.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Web3 ecosystem and incorporate relevant innovations into the product strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the Web3 space.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling Web3 products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to interact with internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of user needs and market trends.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is communicating with internal stakeholders.
