Senior Webinar Program Manager

Anaplan is looking for a Sr. Webinar Program Manager to join the Demand Generation team. This role will be responsible for handling and implementing Anaplan-led and sponsored virtual events, ensuring consistent brand, and messaging across all our webinar programs as well as maintaining and driving internal processes for a successful event.

This role requires passion for webinars programs with a strong background in project management, attention to detail and thorough execution of events.

This channel is paramount across the demand generation funnel, from driving awareness at the top of funnel, to crafting MQLs at the middle of funnel, and driving conversion through demos at the bottom of funnel. This role should have deep knowledge of which type of channel tactic to use for efficient customer experience at each stage of the funnel. Program Management

• Plan, lead, coordinate, and complete Anaplan-led and 3rd party sponsored webinars under the supervision of the program lead
• Collaborate with teams to communicate requirements, resolve scope, define the design approach, and build a schedule that ensures delivery
• Build event invitation and registration within event management SAAS system
• Coordinate and participate in technical and speaker rehearsals
• Perform quality check on all editorial and communications across all tools and systems
• Provide logistic support to generate leads and improve engagement
• Add events to internal trackers for task management and webinar execution
• Measure the success of each webinar and report the results
• Establish ways to improve processes to increase efficiency
• Work with external agency-as needed to run social media ad creation

• 5-7 years of a proven track record in marketing with direct experience leading webinar programs end-to-end
• Strong project management experience
• Experience with event planning and execution
• Ability to get things done in matrixed environment with multiple partners at all levels
• Storytelling expertise. Bringing a technical topic to life in an engaging way that resonates with the audience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail is a requirement
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Workfront a plus
• Adept at working within a fast-paced, client-facing, constantly evolving environment
• Collaborative, flexible and has a growth mindset that not only values what gets done but how the work gets done
• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
