What You'll Do

In this exciting customer-facing role you will:

• Be the go-to expert for managing client relationships ensuring their websites are not only functional but thriving.

• Masterfully maintain a ticketing system to address and resolve customer website inquiries with speed and accuracy.

• Continue fostering strong partnerships with clients post-onboarding ensuring their satisfaction with their fully functional websites.

• Define project deliverables establish timelines and resolve content and technical challenges like a pro.

• Collaborate with customers to identify and address issues delivering swift and effective solutions.

• Oversee multiple content management systems to build track and maintain websites.

• Craft and edit web content including image editing proofreading and ensuring everything aligns with style guidelines and technical specs.

• Act as the crucial liaison between internal teams colleagues and third-party vendors to ensure seamless website management.

• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and collaborate with website management to bring new ideas to life.

• Play a key role in training new team members sharing your expertise to elevate the team’s success.
