Senior Windchill PLM Systems Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton’s IT organization is seeking a well-rounded Product Lifecycle Management Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems Team. This team empowers business partners across the Engineering organizations at Peloton. This role combines business analysis-- solutions architecture, product management, project management, and internal support and training, adapting as needed to ensure the success of key initiatives. Your ultimate goal is to develop, deliver and support an integrated PLM stack that increases the value the engineering team receives from each technology investment.

The ideal profile of this position calls for a flexible and well-rounded individual, someone who is self-motivated, detailed oriented, collaborative, problem solver and highly skilled at refining business requests into technical stories, operating with a bias for action. You will have a very good understanding of PLM and platforms such as Windchill, Teamcenter, and Agile. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windchill PDMLink, CAD integrations, SUMA, PartsLink, MPMLink, Supplier Portal, Thingworx Navigate and understanding of PLM in apparel and footwear domain, ERP and QMS solutions.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Collaborate with business teams to create/refine user stories, functional specification documents and engage with the Scrum team to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Leverage knowledge of PLM industry best practices and guide solution implementation.
- Actively participate in Scrum planning, execution and delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with the scrum team to provide inputs on areas of improvement in our execution and follow through with its implementation.
- Build validation scripts and regression test suites when delivering solutions.
- Prioritize incoming requests from the Engineering teams, measure impact and effort, requiring detailed analysis of circumstances and/or data
- Design business rules for Windchill data model configuration
- Guide integration process definition on downstream integrations- PLM to ERP, QMS etc. and upstream integration from Solidworks MCAD, ECAD, Software working closely with other Enterprise Systems and business stakeholders
- Identify and assess technical gaps, user experience enhancement opportunities and design apps using Thingworx Navigate or other web solutions to drive user engagement and ROIÂ
- Act as a source of information on technology trends and innovation in PLM, bringing new and futuristic ideas to drive progress and ROI
- Regularly review documentation and implement changes as needed
- Monitors key metrics / KPIs and targets, developing plans to achieve those targets, mitigating risks and proactively communicating progress to a variety of partners.Â
- Build ETL tools to generate reports, metrics and dashboards from PLM data
- Develop automation tools to reduce repeatable tasks and enhance customer experience
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Atleast, 5 years of PLM systems analysis experience with PTC Windchill PDMLink, Thingworx Navigate and other PLM systems
- Should have a good understanding of PLM business process definition, product/part definition, change management, BOM management, Supplier Management
- Proven functional knowledge of PTC Windchill’s PDMLink, PartsLink, Supplier Management, Supplier Portal, ESI, ProjectLink, CAD integrations and Thingworx Navigate
- Understanding of PLM in apparel and footwear domain is a plus
- Familiarity with data modeling, information engineering, and resource planning
- Technical Skills required: SQL, Reporting and analytics (such as Tableau)
- Management of full development life cycles for software applications using tools such as LucidChart, Visio and JIRA is highly desired
- Intermediate skills in general office systems, equipment, and applications to support business needs (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Project Management systems, etc.).
- Innovative and strategic approach to problem solving
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to convey knowledge to customers, peers, and managers of widely diverse skill levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion and drive for technology as a service and business enabler
- Must be able to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Mechanical Engineering/Business and equivalent
