Are you looking to add breadth to your existing Workday Experience?
Carter's is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst to join our team and help us support our Workday Modules, including HCM.
How You'll Make an Impact:
In this role, you will provide technical and strategic guidance, configure, and test business process changes, and serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities.You will also have input on business process reviews, assessments, and modifications, working closely with HR Business Partners to ensure that efforts in Workday meet the needs of our ever-evolving business.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Workday for the enterprise in a hybrid-on-site role, based in Buckhead, Atlanta.
Workday Technical Consultation (70%)
- Consult with HR Business Partners, design and implement solutions that meet business needs, from requirements gathering to impact analysis.
- Document, configure, test, and evaluate business process changes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday HCM capabilities and provide technical and strategic guidance.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and HR technology partner for workday HCM by providing technical and strategic guidance on current and upcoming capabilities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday modules related to Carter's business needs.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support to research and resolve production issues and/or process flaw; recommend solutions to meet business needs.
- Maintain master data integrity and values by developing processes to audit, analyze, and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholder groups, clients, and technical partners by sharing knowledge and expertise, participating in training and development activities, and assisting with ongoing Workday support and HR Admin duties.
Workday Release Testing and Training (30%)
- Train and mentor new system technical users/workstreams, and lead and support the development of user resources.
- Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday, and lead associated deployment activities.
- Proactively provide input to support and improve the change management strategy to ensure effective and efficient communications.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Workday experience or training surrounding technical capabilities, collecting information, and assessment and understanding client's needs and requirements (system configuration)
- Consultative approach and excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with HR clients, cross-functional partners, and external resources
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems with critical and strategic thinking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required; advanced Excel skills including data validation, formulas, and pivot tables
- Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management
- Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent years of related work experience
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- HR functional and system experience preferred
- PHR/SHPR preferred, but not required
