Senior Workday Analyst
Job Description
The Senior Workday Analyst will design, build, implement, and provide ongoing technical support for the Workday HCM and Workday Financial Management platforms. They will work closely with our Help, People, and Finance teams, and interact with a variety of external partners such as consultants and third-party support services.
The role requires strong Workday administration and integration experience, as well as exceptional organizational and communication skills. It’s critical that the individual in this role has deep functional knowledge of Workday, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide rapid support for our operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Own troubleshooting, configuration, and training of the Workday HCM and Workday Financial Management suites and their integrations
- Provide ongoing technical and operational support for Workday, pre and post-implementation
- Assist with architecting solutions in Workday HCM and Workday Financial Management based on business goals, stakeholder requirements, data flow/mapping, and best practices
- Help build and test custom apps and integrations between Workday and a variety of other HRIS and finance tools/systems using Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Workday EIBs, and more
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing initiatives and act as a main point of contact for feedback, gaps, errors, and performance issues with Workday
- Serve as a technical advisor on issues such as security, authentication, integration, and configuration, as they relate to our Workday ecosystem
- Collaborate extensively with third party consultants and vendors to maintain project timelines and technical alignment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday administration, integrations, troubleshooting, and analysis
- Extensive working knowledge of various aspects of Workday such as reporting, dashboard creation, and security settings
- Strong focus in providing excellent customer service to end users
- Substantial awareness of security, data governance, change management, and other risk-related philosophies
- Familiarity with a multitude of different HRIS and finance systems
- Knowledge of a variety of people/HR and finance/accounting operations
- Experience in Workday tools such as Strategic Sourcing, Prism, Adaptive Planning, Help, Analytics and Reporting preferred
Annual base salary range of $125,000 to $225,000. Pay (base and bonus) may vary depending on job-related skills and experience. A sign-on and discretionary performance bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to company-paid medical and/or other benefits.
