The Workplace Experience Services team is dedicated to creating environments where people can do their best work. We focus on building spaces and services that feel welcoming, inspiring, and connected to Spotify’s culture. From day-to-day operations to memorable employee experiences, we help shape workplaces that support creativity, collaboration, and wellbeing.

This is a 2-year contract position.

What You'll Do

  • Create a welcoming and engaging workplace experience where the space, services, and atmosphere help people feel connected and do their best work
  • Coordinate office operations including facilities, maintenance, and food and beverage services, ensuring everything runs smoothly and reflects Spotify’s brand
  • Support and enhance onboarding experiences so new hires feel set up for success from day one
  • Plan and deliver internal events and moments that build connection, creativity, and a sense of belonging
  • Manage vendor relationships and service delivery, maintaining high standards and continuously improving the workplace experience
  • Use data and tools, including AI-driven solutions, to anticipate needs, improve efficiency, and optimize workplace services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners locally and globally to align on best practices and contribute to broader workplace initiatives
  • Act as a go-to contact for employees, providing support and ensuring the office environment is well maintained and responsive to needs
  • Who You Are

  • You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, or a related field
  • You know how to create positive, welcoming environments where people feel supported and included
  • You are experienced in managing multiple priorities and staying organized in a fast-paced environment
  • You care about continuously improving processes and finding better ways of working
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
  • You have a strong understanding of working across cultures and contributing to an inclusive workplace
  • You have experience working with tools and systems that support workplace operations, and you are open to adopting new technologies
  • You collaborate effectively with others and build strong, trust-based relationships across teams
  • You are fluent in English and Korean
  • Where You'll Be

  • This role is based in Seoul, Korea.
  • This is a 2-year contract, onsite role based in the Seoul office, where you’ll be expected to work in the office 5 days a week.
