Job Summary
The Senior Workplace Planner will support the Workplace Services Manager in planning & executing real estate and facility services for all F&G and subsidiary facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead workplace planning exercises & projects as assigned
- Support occupancy requirements for moves/adds/changes
- Develop, maintain, and provide reports on workplace efficiency
- Assist Workplace Services leadership in identifying and analyzing trends for future space utilization and make recommendations
- Plan, recommend, and implement cost-effective strategies for use of facilities and ensure project outcomes align with organizational strategy
- Serve as primary point of contact throughout the workplace planning process and oversee preparation of project plans, stack/block fit plans, schedules and budgets
- Strategically source, select, and manage performance of vendors for construction activities, move and maintenance services, and furniture procurement
- Participate in architectural and engineering planning and design for all F&G facilities
- Ensure work complies with all internal and external policies, regulations and standards
Experience and Education Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate real estate, architecture & design, workplace planning, or related position
- Bachelor’s Degree in design, architecture, project management, business, related field, or equivalent experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
- Excellent leadership, communication, and supervisory skills; including experience working with all levels of an organization and ability to handle customer service issues involving employees in a professional & positive manner.
- Experience building & maintaining relationships with vendors and partners
- Expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and performing technical services required to execute facility-related projects
- Expertise in supply & demand planning, real estate strategy, workplace design, space analysis and space efficiency.

- Regular and punctual attendance
- Some travel may be required (less than 20%)
