Senior/Digital Marketing Associate

Adcetera is looking for our next senior/digital marketing associate. This role can be based out of Houston, Texas or Chicago, Illinois. Our current work environment is one of a hybrid nature: Adceterans can work remotely on Tuesday.

Core expectation: Lead day-to-day management, optimization, and pacing of paid marketing programs for one to three clients.

Requirements

Duties may include:

• Campaign planning, strategy, and plan documentation.
• Campaign tactics and segmentation build-out and optimization.
• Bid planning, strategy, and optimization, supported by ad hoc testing/measurement plans.
• Catalog creative and site assets.
• Work with third-party vendors, as appropriate.

Other expectations:

• Understand client's business/industry and how the media portion of the project connects to the agency's broader strategy.
• Establish trust and credibility across internal and external teams. Be seen as resource for growth.
• Exceptional attention to detail; strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Manage work independently with moderate direction from team leads.

Candidates will be considered for the senior role if they have one to three years of related or relevant experience. Recent college graduates will be considered for the associate role.
