Job Description

IDT is looking for a Lead/Senior .NET Software Engineer to join the Integrations team within our core product – Net2Phone

Our Integrations Team is responsible for building and maintaining the crucial integrations that connect Net2Phone to other platforms and services, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency for our customers.


At this role you will:
  • Take ownership of key systems, including integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Zapier, HubSpot, as well as the Public API and Webhooks. You will maintain and expand these systems to ensure they meet business needs and technical standards.
  • Be proactive in improving the architecture, performance, and best practices of the systems the team owns. You'll drive initiatives to enhance the reliability and scalability of these integrations.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to gather and refine requirements for new integrations, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the development of Proof of Concepts and design scalable, efficient architectures for new features or integrations.
  • Own the full development lifecycle, from architecture and development to infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and production releases.
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and foster a culture of accountability and excellence in delivering high-quality software solutions.

  • A proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and resilient web-based applications and services.
  • Expertise in C# and .NET Core, with a deep understanding of building robust and maintainable systems.
  • Experience working with front-end technologies, preferably React and TypeScript.
  • Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud services.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker containers for building, deploying, and scaling applications.
  • An open-minded approach and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Good level of English – B2 or higher.


    • Bonus points for:
  • Knowledge of tools used to provision and maintain infrastructure, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
  • Familiarity with container orchestrators, such as ECS or EKS, for managing Dockerized applications at scale.
  • Experience with Python 3
