We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Marketo+SDFC Specialist to join our friendly team!

About The Role: 
As a Marketo Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Marketo Marketing Platform. You should have a solid understanding of marketing automation, the Marketo platform administration, integration, Agile development practices, and data management. You should be able to design and configure Marketo to ensure best-practice usage, including security models, data governance, approval processes, and workflow automation. You should have experience in building email templates and an understanding of the end-to-end experience of emails and forms/landing pages from creation to deployment and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience handling and supporting integration between Marketo and Salesforce as well as other 3rd party applications
  • Experience working with multichannel communication delivery methods
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience building and using web services and Marketo webhooks
  • Knowledge or basic experience with database
  • Knowledge or basic experience in CI/CD
  • Knowledge or basic experience with JIRA, confluence tools
  • Knowledge or basic experience in Agile development
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, the Marketo platform administration, integration, and data management
  • Strong foundational understanding of application development concepts and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, coupled with a desire to take on responsibilities
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to explain complex system issues in business terminology
  • Ability to handle high-priority projects with deadlines for deliverables with minimal defects
  • Confidence in interfacing with business partners at various levels
  • Ability to learn and understand the business functions that the team supports
  • Ability to work independently as a member of an Agile scrum team
  • Must be able to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn new technologies
  • Self-motivated and diligent with a desire to work hard and do whatever is necessary to help the team succeed
  • Good understanding of how your words and actions impact others which helps deal with others respectfully

Nice to Have:

  • Marketo Certification or equivalent in another platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience building API connections using a variety of different methods and tools

English level:
Intermediate+

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configuring, and maintaining the Marketo platform
