Senior/Lead Release Manager - Remote

• Own and grow the discipline of release management at League
• Partner closely with our product, platform and solutions teams and customer teams to be the point person for communicating release information across the enterprise
• Partnering with the release engineering team, you will significantly contribute to the evolution and scale of our release processes enabling us to deliver value to our customers efficiently and seamlessly
• Manage mobile releases on iOS and Android across multiple applications built on the League platform
• Facilitate the end-to-end release process
• Identify technical or process improvement opportunities and partner with engineering or customer facing teams to implement them
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality releases
• Communicate plans, status, and issues with all stakeholders
• Maintain awareness of high-risk changes and steps to mitigate them
• Continuously improve the release processes and strengthen the definition of release readiness
• Identify and remove roadblocks that prevent production teams from performing to their highest potential
• Work with leads to update and maintain release information and schedules

About You:

• 3+ years' experience as release manager with mobile releases
• Experience working with agile release cycles
• Release management experience in a PaaS, SaaS or Cloud Service environment
• Experience working in a fast-moving, changing environment
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through software upgrades
• Able to communication effectively with engineers and non-technical teams
• Experience developing relationships and influencing and motivating others
