As a GenAI Software Engineer at Icertis you will be instrumental in developing innovative AI-driven solutions that power our contract intelligence platform. You will work hands-on to build and refine POCs and demos ensuring rapid prototyping and iteration. Your technical expertise and collaborative spirit will help accelerate our product development making a tangible impact on our customers and the industry.

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to design and develop GenAI solutions that serve as the foundation for our products.

• Develop and implement key components within the AI stack focusing on robustness scalability and performance.

• Evaluate and recommend AI technologies contributing to strategic decisions that enhance our product offerings.

• Work in a dynamic team environment sharing knowledge and fostering innovation through collaboration.

What you will bring

• A growth mindset and a deep understanding of evolving technology landscapes driving the development of innovative products.

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering ideally within dynamic startup environments.

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions focusing on efficiency and innovation.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced algorithms and Generative AI techniques.

• Strong communication skills capable of explaining complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders driving successful engagements and POCs.

• A customer-centric approach and a relentless drive for excellence aligned with our foundational values.

• Technical proficiency in AI/ML technologies including Traditional ML models NLP LLMs and Vector Databases.

• A degree in computer science or a related field with a preference for advanced qualifications.

• Ability to leverage data-driven insights to design distinctive product capabilities that resonate with customer needs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills capable of inspiring and engaging others.

• Strategic thinking with a focus on both tactical execution and long-term vision.

• Self-motivation integrity and a track record of delivering impactful results with a high degree of autonomy.

• Agility and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced matrixed work environments.

• Experience in software development with a strong emphasis on AI and machine learning technologies.

• Willingness to travel domestically as required for the role.

$130000 - $220000 a year

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location experience training skills and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
