Senior/Staff Analyst - Growth Strategy

The Growth and Strategy develops growth strategies to lead business expansion and ensure long-term success. You will identify growth opportunities, and work with teams to implement strategic programs. We're looking for an experienced Staff Analyst reporting to Associate Director. you will be responsible for:

• Develop growth strategies
• Conduct research
• Develop business plans
• Inspire creativity
• Monitor and evaluate performance
• Collaborate with teams
• Identify strategic partnerships and alliances

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Masters in Business Administration
• 4-6 Years Experience in strategic planning, Operational Implementation, Growth Operations, or related roles.
• Interpret complex data and make recommendations.
• Expertise in SQL or Snowflake or Similar Tools

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Hands-on with Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with financial analysis and forecasting.
• Collaborate with teams and present findings to senior management.
