About the team

What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for the design and development of the company's core system, building large-scale and complex Dapp applications based on blockchain, participating in docking, communication, and solution design with external partners such as Oracle Price vendor and Layer2 vendor;
• Maintain good communication with product managers and other R&D teams, provide reasonable suggestions for product requirements, and ensure smooth development work according to plan;
• Responsible for database design, solution design, API interface design, external system integration, etc.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related fields, with practical experience in Java project development; Priority given to project experience in high-performance and high concurrency scenarios (head end client business, message queues, gateways, storage, RPC);
• Have a solid foundation in Java, with deep experience in Java multithreading, concurrency, and network communication, and good programming habits;
• Familiar with the design and application of distributed systems, familiar with mechanisms and implementations such as distribution, caching, messaging, and load balancing;
• Love technology, have an unwavering pursuit of technology, and enjoy researching open source code;
• Priority will be given to those who have experience in optimizing traditional financial and perpetual business projects;
• Familiarity with blockchain project products is preferred, familiarity with chain applications such as Defi/Layer2 is preferred
• Diligent and eager to learn, passionate about the crypto industry; Maintain a curiosity about new things; Sensitive to business data and respectful of online data; Has a certain ability to withstand pressure and self drive;
• Bilingual is highly preferred (Mandarin and English) as the team will be working with stakeholders in different regions
