Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.负责传感器算法工程：研究新型智能传感器应用场景，开发和调试传感器算法应用（视觉，声学，雷达，距离，环境光等），并优化传感器应用算法，实现传感器应用功能及数据分析。

2.负责传感器性能分析和改进：结合场景功能定义，制定传感器算法性能指标，对传感器信号进行拉幅，降噪，波特率配置，频响，灵敏度算法参数调优。

3.负责传感器系统嵌入式程序开发：传感器数据采集，预处理，存储，传输，接口定义和协议配置，完成MCU，FPGA等处理平台内核上部署，完成与底软和上层软件的功能和数据对接。包括技术评估、方案设计、平台选型、原型制作、性能评审、调优迭代等。

4.负责传感器固件和驱动开发：HID固件协议封装，驱动程序开发以及Windows升级机制。

技术技能‌：

1. 精通数字信号处理，熟悉数字信号降噪算法，熟悉主流多传感器数据融合算法及实现，熟悉多种传感器（如Camera, MIC, Radar, ToF, ALS等）的数据处理算法及实现。

2.掌握C、C++、Python、Perl、Verilog-HDL等编译语言。

3.熟悉嵌入式开发平台及开发工具 ，具备MCU，DSP，ISP，FPGA等平台开发编译能力，具备STM8/STM32使用经验。

4.熟悉I2C、SPI、RS232/485、USB、PCI、VME、MIPI、LVDS、Ethernet、CAN通信接口和协议配置。

工作经验‌：

1. 具备5年以上嵌入式开发经验，具有扎实的嵌入式平台专业知识和软件开发动手能力。

2. 2年传感器模组开发和实际应用经验优先。

3. 有视觉，声学，光学类似传感器模组软件设计开发经验和调试使用经验者优先。

4. 有智能车载，智能设备，人工智能，机器人等行业嵌入式软件工作经验优先。
