This career boost is perfect for you if:

• You have familiarity with SEO (at least 1 year of experience and have worked with an agency before)
• You love creating highly refined keyword strategies that lay the foundation for a client’s SEO
• You are meticulous in your research and are able to adapt to a client’s needs
• You are familiar with website analytics, identifying current problems and opportunities, with a focus on crawlability, site architecture, and site content
• You want to work side-by-side with a development team through the information architecture for web design clients who also need an SEO on-page foundation
• You love research a competitive landscape, and strategize about what we could do better
• You know how to work at off-page SEO, building a website’s authority through links and outreach
• You love talking to clients, understanding their business needs, and creating solutions for their marketing problems
• You have pristine time management skills and a commitment to on-time deliverables
• Live SEO, staying up-to-date on current industry practices, news, and algorithm updates

Bonus points if you have:

• Working knowledge of SEO Tools including SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Moz
• The ability to write and edit coherent, compelling copy that is not only keyword-rich but also user-friendly
• An understanding of on-page optimization best practices
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profiles, a variety of content management systems, and other industry-specific tools
• Familiarity with WordPress
• An eagerness to learn and have fun!

At Webserv, you’ll be:

• Creating various deliverables like keyword strategies to smash SERPs
• Assisting in content creation to help those who really need it ❤️
• Strategizing outside-of-the-box and collaborate with other team members to tackle an in-depth marketing strategy from all angles
• Coordinating with up to 8 awesome clients who will be as much of your team as the rest of us
• Utilizing the most cutting-edge marketing tools to discover new avenues of growth for both your clients and yourself

About Webserv

Childhood friends and now business partners, Preston Powell and Kyle McHenry, started Webserv in 2017. Kyle’s passion for getting start-ups off of the ground paired well with Preston’s savvy in all things digital marketing. Together they were able to start the company with two employees, a small office in Costa Mesa, CA, and a focus on clientele in the healthcare industry.

After years of tremendous growth, Webserv now employs 20+ digital marketing pros at a beautiful high-rise office in Irvine, CA. Our portfolio includes clients in the mental healthcare, plastic surgery, and legal fields.
