SEO Analyst

Job Description

An SEO Analyst is the expert resource for all things on a client's website. The analyst will be the steward for a portfolio of client websites and work collaboratively with an account manager liaison to deliver consultation to the client. The analyst will create customized digital marketing strategies that reflect & align with the business' goals and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute SEO strategies based on clients' goals and objectives
• Conduct keyword research and build strategies to increase client's rankings and growth
• Create content (blogs, on site content, title tags & meta descriptions, etc) & optimize existing clients' websites to drive organic traffic
• Optimize the User Experience on the website to increase conversions
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of SEO and other marketing efforts through data & trend analysis
• Develop, plan, write, and manage website content.
• Edit, Claim, Create top Business listings across the web. Including Facebook, Google My Business, and more
• Analyze the Technical health of a website and its code using proprietary tools
• Communicate SEO strategy effectively to the Account Manager and the client
• Ability to audit and analyze websites for errors and opportunities for improvement
• Other Duties may be assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's of Science in Digital Advertising/Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, etc. or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of Search Engine Optimization experience
• Strong communicator, critical & strategic thinker, organized, and adaptable & open to change.
• Knowledge and previous experience in Local SEO (Google My Business, Citations)
• Experience in SEO tools: SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency experience
• Relevant experience in Automotive, Legal, Medical and/or E-commerce Verticals.
• Web development/design skills, HTML, and CSS experience.
