Pluralsight is looking for a passionate SEO Content Coordinator to help expand the reach of our technology skills platform. With our mission to improve technology learning, this is a key role to help both businesses and individuals find and gain access to the online learning platform that helps transform and expand their technology and creative skills. This person will play a key role in implementing and assisting with our global organic strategy for all Pluralsight owned properties.
The SEO Content Strategist will be joining a team of seasoned digital marketing professionals who together have built a world class digital marketing engine at Pluralsight. Cross-channel functionality and knowledge is preferred as this person will be assisting our Digital Experience team, Content teams, Brand Marketing teams, Product teams and more. The ideal candidate will have a hunger to test, expand and achieve.
Who you're committed to being:
  • An emerging content-focused SEO with a strong desire to learn and grow in the optimization space.
  • Strong communication skills; presentation skills a plus
  • Above-average writing skills. Experience with technical writing is a big plus!
  • Self-starter who can balance multiple projects
  • Flexibility to work in a constantly evolving remote environment
  • Self-directed personality with an ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks required
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is required
  • Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush is a plus

What you'll own:
  • Content expansion and keyword opportunity research by vertical and persona
  • Perform content refreshes on existing content to bring older blog posts up-to-date
  • Content creation and optimization for both existing and new content
  • Project management with internal and external teams with heavy emphasis on coordination and execution
  • Creation of new content opportunities by coordinating with the content teams.

Experience you'll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications/English is preferred
  • Clear communicator with strong executive-facing written and verbal skills
  • Dedication to growing a career in SEO
  • Strong willingness to learn new facets of SEO, new software and new strategies.
