SEO Content Quality Editor

BluShark Digital is seeking an experienced and efficiency oriented Content Quality Editor to join our dynamic team. If you are looking for an opportunity to thoroughly review and edit content for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and SEO optimization, this might be the perfect fit for you! We’re looking for someone enthusiastic about integrating new technologies and tools such as AI to our existing workflow, as well provide constructive feedback and coaching to our existing team members to enhance their editing skills.

In this position you will be responsible for taking on a managerial role within our content department, contribute to strategic decision-making, and explore/implement innovative editing solutions. 

Qualifications:

• Ensure content adheres to the designated style guide and brand voice
• Establish and optimize workflow processes within the content department to enhance content quality
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to existing team members
• Engage directly with clients to gather feedback and discuss editing requirements
• Meet with clients to ensure content meets client specifications and contributes to their SEO objectives.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in content editing tools, technology, and AI

In our hiring process, each resume will be reviewed by our recruiting team. Selected candidates will participate in a 30-minute phone interview, which is a great chance to make a positive first impression. We expect you will research a little about who we are and what we do prior to your phone interview. Candidates will be further reviewed, and top applicants will be invited for an interview. The final candidates will be invited back for a shadow, offering insight into the position’s day to day responsibilities.
