Your Role: 

We are looking for an SEO Content Writer who has a passion for creating content that provides top-notch value to property consumers. You will be producing search engine optimized website content, promotional copies, blog posts and other forms of content on the 99.co portal. This is a full-time remote position but you’ll report directly to the 99.co Singapore office. You will fulfill the mission entrusted to you by:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Having a passion and interest for property and property-related products and/or services.
• Driving the planning and execution of new launch condo pages on the 99.co portal.
• Assisting in content initiatives to improve traffic and visibility to the 99.co portal. 
• Performing keyword research, with appropriate usage of keywords and hyperlinks in copy.
• Working closely with the SEO content team to conceptualize new themes/ideas to promote 99.co and optimize its pages.
• Spotting property trends and brainstorm content ideas that match search intent.
• Being able to adapt writing tone and style according to industry and market needs.
• Being able to structure and organize content for a better reading experience.
• Ensuring that SEO content is aligned with 99.co’s tone of voice and house style.
• Producing content, sometimes working with tight deadlines. 

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma in Mass Communication or a related field is preferred
• Impeccable comprehension of spoken and written English, appreciation of narrative, flow and cadence
• Willingness to learn about SEO, content categorisation and structure, content development, and measurement. 
• Excellent organisation skills as you may be working on several different projects at the same time, sometimes working with tight deadlines.
• Adaptable and flexible - receptive and open to doing things differently and modifying strategies to reach organisational goals.
• Knowledge on the use of CMS and any SEO tools like Google Analytics or Google Keyword Planner would be an advantage.
• Highly motivated self starter who believes in what 99.co does - ready, willing and able to do whatever it takes to bring us to the top of the real estate tech arena
