SEO Manager

We are looking for a passionate expert in search engine optimization (SEO) to lead and execute our content strategy. • Serve as an evangelist for SEO across the company, working with cross-functional teams to execute SEO best practices, update processes and improve communication

• Execute on day-to-day search initiatives, including news and trends research, keyword research, content gap analysis, optimization of existing content, and competitor analysis

• Monitor and analyze trends. Support trending content strategy that encompasses text, images, long and short-form video

• Optimize website content, landing pages, emails, and paid ads

• Oversee off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)

• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects

• Champion principles of both storytelling and content organization

• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms

• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on-board

• Think big and execute.

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience as an SEO Manager and at least 1 year of managing direct reports

• Knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO and search engine ranking factors

• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) 

• Deep understanding of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GSC and Webmaster Tools)

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello and Monday
