SEO Marketing Specialist
Job Description
The SEO Specialist will closely collaborate with creative, content, IT teams and digital marketing project manager - ensuring successful execution of digital experience programs across the Cambria brand website, and affiliate microsites. This role will help support the management of digital agency, responsible for delivering operational support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in local, on-page and technical SEO, having the ability to develop a plan and program that supports commercial needs and objectives.
This role offers a Hybrid/WFH flexible schedule.
The candidate should possess the following:• Passionate about SEO and are dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations.• Curious and eager to learn and grow. Staying current on the latest SEO trends or attending an online training.• Flexible with the ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination across projects and teams.• Organized with special attention to details.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The qualified candidate will work primarily within the company's Digital Marketing and Content teams to:• Help manage team workflow and assignments using project management software• Resource any missing information, assets or other deliverables to complete project• Work with team members to determine priority, project timing and track to completion
Requirements
• Familiarity with website analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console.• Knowledge of factors that influence search engine rankings.• Ability to think strategically to identify and define keyword opportunities for optimization.• Well-rounded knowledge of SEO software such as SEMRush, BrightEdge, and ScreamingFrog.• Experience with paid search (e.g., Google AdWords, Bing Ads) is preferred.• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Docs.• Experience with Agile methodology (preferred).
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Experience: 3+ years of SEO experience required. 2+ years of experience at an agency or consulting firm, preferred.
Systems: Yext, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics
Additional Requirements:
Managerial Responsibilities: No
Travel Requirements: Limited travel regionally and nationally
Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials
