SEO Operations Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SEO Operations Specialist based in Brazil.

This role is designed for a detail-driven SEO professional who thrives in execution, precision, and operational excellence across multiple client accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring that SEO strategies are implemented accurately, efficiently, and consistently across on-page, technical, and local SEO activities. Working closely with an SEO Lead, you will act as the operational engine behind SEO delivery, making sure audits, optimizations, and publishing processes are completed without gaps. The role requires strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also play a key role in maintaining SEO quality standards, resolving technical issues, and supporting reporting and performance tracking. This is an execution-focused position where reliability and consistency directly impact client success and organic growth outcomes.

You will be responsible for the execution, coordination, and quality assurance of SEO deliverables across multiple client accounts.

• Lead the implementation and QA of SEO tasks across on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO activities
• Manage technical SEO audits, issue identification, and resolution follow-ups
• Oversee content publishing workflows, including pre-launch reviews and quality checks
• Support Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO initiatives
• Monitor backlink profiles and assist with link tracking and maintenance
• Ensure SEO deliverables are completed accurately, consistently, and on schedule
• Collaborate with SEO Leads and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
• Produce operational updates and reporting to track SEO performance and progress

Requirements:
You bring hands-on SEO experience and a strong focus on execution, quality assurance, and operational discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, including on-page, technical, and local SEO
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including schema markup and Core Web Vitals
• Experience with SEO tools and platforms for audits, tracking, and reporting
• Familiarity with Google Business Profiles and local SEO best practices
• Ability to manage backlink tracking and SEO performance monitoring
• Strong attention to detail with a process-driven and structured mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills across multiple projects
• Proactive communication style, with the ability to flag issues early and clearly
• Comfortable working in execution-heavy roles rather than strategy-focused positions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
