SEO Software Services Manager

Requirements:

This role will be expected to work in EST.

• SEO experience required. You LOVE SEO and want to grow in the field. 
• Experience with SEO software tools - Search Atlas experience a huge plus.
• Client facing experience.
• Excellence in project management and team coordination.
• Someone really technical minded who can dive in and learn our product inside + out!
• Someone looking for a fast-paced startup culture to grow in.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in written + verbal English.

Responsibilities:

• Leading daily team stand-ups.
• Managing our Search Atlas Implementer team.
• Learning + knowing the product inside and out!
• Design and implement scalable customer success processes
• Establish best practices for client reporting and communications.
• Establish best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Regular reporting on implementation status and KPIs.
• Lead client kickoff meetings and strategic planning sessions with clients.
• Adapting to the role as needed.

Salary:

$2000 - 2500 a month + PTO
