About the Role:

 Snap! Mobile is seeking a SEO Specialist (with B2B SaaS experience) to join the team! You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities from setting keyword strategy, building links and monitoring performance to optimizing for improved rankings and domain authority. You will work closely with our copy team and ensure our company content strategy is streamlined and executed efficiently to increase rankings on all major search networks. You are a highly collaborative individual with an in depth understanding of SEO tactics and can develop and implement strategies to improve website rankings. This position requires a highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and work ethic. The role works closely with other teams and communication skills are essential. 

This is a Full-Time, remote position.

SEO Specialist Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO optimization strategies that increase rankings, prioritize high-impact projects that align with overall business objectives, and achieve goals.
• Align and set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
• Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on impressions, clickthrough rates, site traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance. 
• Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success.
• Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
• Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing materials.
• Develop and implement link building strategy.
• Work with content/editorial team to ensure content strategy is upheld via planning and coordination of our editorial calendar.
• Collaborate with UX, design, web, and content teams to create a holistic approach to website optimization, considering both search engine visibility and user satisfaction
• Help manage our CMS system (HubSpot and WordPress).
• Update content (title tags, meta descriptions) and website links for maximum optimization and SEO rankings.
• Analyze and share performance data showing progress (and drivers) against traffic, conversion and revenue goals using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines and ad platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities in an SEO Specialist:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 2+ years of SEO experience
• 2+ years of of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
• Able to navigate in a fast moving start up while prioritizing the value and growth of the business
• Proven track record of setting measurable goals, delivering results and reporting
• Understanding of search ranking algorithms and ranking methods and optimization factors
• Proficiency with SEO industry programs and analytics software (Google Analytics, Google Seach Console, Bing Search Console)
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools (MOZ, SEM Rush) and analyzing high volumes of data
• Proficiency with WordPress, Canva and HubSpot
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presenting information to C-Suite executives

Compensation depending on level of experience: Range $50-$60K
