Plaid is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to help us scale our organic marketing efforts. The SEO Specialist will help drive impact by maximizing visibility in organic search for plaid.com . In this position you will support the SEO Program Manager on initiatives designed to help grow organic traffic. This includes both tactical and strategic support across a variety of different marketing campaigns collaborating with Content Acquisition Brand Partnerships and Product. Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and recommendations to support organic marketing strategy

• Deliver and review organic SEO recommendations

• Provide competitive analysis to benchmark against best practices

• Develop link building strategies using to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve website rankings

• Perform technical audits to identify and address any SEO issues

• Manage requests related to Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

• Track performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on SEO best practices

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with SEO and focus on B2B marketing

• In-house experience and experience in financial services fintech or software as a service strongly preferred

• Proficiency in use SEO tools and platforms including Google Analytics GA4 Google Tag Manager Looker Studio Semrush Ahrefs Screaming Frog

• Familiarity with Regular Expressions functional JavaScript Python preferred

$102600 - $141480 a year

Target base salary for this role is between $102600 and $141480 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan including medical dental vision and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position candidate's work experience and skillset and location.
