Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of their location or financial situation. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in New York, NY our passionate changemaking team is looking for several new hires for various roles.

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our team in our Istanbul, Turkiye office. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a critical role in driving organic traffic and improving our search engine rankings. 

The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, and have a passion for customer success.

Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager you will, 

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance. 

• Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms for content optimization and SEO campaigns. 

• Optimize website content, including meta descriptions, title tags, headers, and internal linking structures to enhance visibility and ranking. 

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for SEO efforts, providing detailed reports and recommendations for optimization. 

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage. 

• Conduct technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving site performance issues, including crawl errors, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and more. 

• Collaborate with the content, product, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website. 

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment of SEO strategies with overall marketing goals. 

• Monitor competitor SEO strategies and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth. 

Candidate Profile: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field. 

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a strong focus on organic search performance. 

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and similar platforms. 

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 

• Experience with keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. 

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles as they relate to SEO. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and data-driven decision-making. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 

• High level of speaking, writing, and understanding proficiency in English. 

• Living in Istanbul, preferably on the Asian side. 

• Work location is Kozyatagi, Istanbul; at least 2/3 days a week at the office.
