Who We're Looking For

Sword Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase the online visibility and organic traffic of our company's website.

What You'll Be Doing

• SEO Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive SEO strategies that align with company goals.

• Keyword Research and Analysis: Guide the team in extensive keyword research and analysis for content optimization.

• On-Page and Off-Page SEO: Ensure effective on-page and off-page SEO practices, including link-building strategies.

• Technical SEO Oversight: Oversee technical SEO aspects, including site structure, crawlability, and speed optimizations.

• Link Building: Develop and execute a link building strategy.

• Content Creation Guidance: Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content.

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and report on SEO progress using tools like Google Analytics.

• Regularly report with Recommendations for SEO & Content changes

• Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and adjust tactics accordingly.

• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like marketing, sales, and web development to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.

What You Need To Have

• Proven experience in SEO with a strong track record of improving SERP rankings.

• Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).

• Excellent understanding of Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Google and Bing’s services, including, but not limited to Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Optimize. 

We'd Love To See

• Certification in Google Analytics or similar programs.

• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
