Who We're Looking For:

Given our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a hungry and hands-on SEO and website specialist to join our Marketing team to help take our online presence to the next level. In this role, you will report to our Head of Web & Organic Growth Marketing and work closely with other Marketing team’s experts on content, product marketing and marketing technology, as well as with our web design & web development team. You will coordinate various internal projects and play a key role in the overall content and website plans & targets.

This is a diverse role that mixes strategy and hands-on work in our content management platforms, and the role requires excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills. You’re excited to learn, grow and be mentored on all things content, SEO and website best practices to improve the site’s overall performance, and you enjoy helping the Content team publish new content in our CMS and writing occasional content yourself.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with our Head of Web & Organic GrowthMarketing to manage various content and website projects and to monitor progress to meet quarterly targets
• Driving and coordinating content and website projects with the various team members and managing project deployments
• Helping with Content uploads to Wordpress (CMS) and Hushly (Resource Hub), checking and publishing website content as a second pair of eyes
• Identify and suggest opportunities for improvement of the existing site, help with brainstorming and oversee implementation
• Attend meetings with senior management and present work updates as and when needed

• 3-5 Years of experience with content management in Wordpress or other CMS
• Has an understanding of web marketing, product marketing and SEO
• Team player, able to work with a global marketing team and execute on a local level and collaborate on marketing actions
• A keen eye for detail, strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus: Understanding of digital marketing KPIs, metrics, analytics and reporting methods
• Bonus: Understanding of CRO, website usability best practice and UX design
