About You

Nutrafol is looking for a data driven and growth mindset Sephora Media Manager. This is a part-time, contract role, up to 15 hours per week. In this role, you will be an integral part of managing, testing and optimizing paid social media channels. The main focus of this role will be supporting new customer acquisition via Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest and emerging channels like TikTok! You will be responsible for managing and optimizing existing paid social channels while assisting in developing, recommending, and executing channel diversification strategies. This role will also assist in execution in other growth channels such as Paid Search. This role will be supported with a strong analytics team and will report to our Growth Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with campaign activation and channel strategy development to drive Nutrafol Awareness and Sales within Sephora
  • Assist with developing the channel mix strategy across internally and within Sephora's marketing playbook
  • Work closely with internal( retail, brand and growth team) partners and external (sephora) partners to deliver results that are highly visible and critical to online and offline sales for Nutrafol at Sephora
  • Work with Nutrafol analytics and retail teams to oversee campaign  activation and reporting
  • Help steward best-in-class program execution, including timeline management, budget management, and facilitating internal partner communication as well as external collaboration
  • Be a key resource for go-to market timelines with internal stakeholders
  • Participate in weekly/monthly status calls with partners & work collaboratively with manager to ensure optimal campaign performance

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience working on performance marketing with a focus on user acquisition
  • Proven track record of managing and executing paid channels at scale
  • Analytical mindset and creative thinker who can strategize and execute on A/B tests within campaigns
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with brand, creative, and tech teams
  • Great communication skills, including the capability to translate your data-driven insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail, and an ability to create and present on projects, proposals and performance
  • Ability to pivot and adjust to changes based on ever-changing market and business goals
  • Brand-centric mindsetn with a proven ability to hit all critical KPI’s
  • Comfortable working within defined deadlines and sales goals
  • Enjoy the creative process - you’ll be working in constant collaboration with marketers, designers, writers
  • Growth mindset - you are on a quest to learn and develop personally & professionally, and have a passion for exploring and testing new performance marketing channels

Compensation: This is a part-time, contract role requiring ~15 hours per week. The hourly rate for this role is $140-160 USD/hour. Please note that Nutrafol considers a range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
