Job Description

• The Serial Life Manager is in place starting his/her involvement with the product latest with the handover from the NPL Manager (during G80) and taking over the responsibility in the production for the product after the PLC G90.
• The end of his responsibility for the product is earliest with the completion of series production (PLC G100).
• During series production the Series Life Manager will be the responsible in the plant for the product until it is passed to OES or another after series scenario has been implemented.
• The Serial Life Manager will be responsible for the product in the plant coordinating the information to the BU and any relevant issues with the product in the plant.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of methods and tools of project management
• Production technology, processes, and test/inspection steps knowledge (SMD lines, Final Assembly lines), including database - MES, Pulse, MPM, etc.
• Basic technical product knowledge (HW, SW, Mechanical Design, functionality)
• Process Development know-how / Production Process Development know-how
• Test Coverage Analysis: Safe Launch; Line Release; PPAP
• Understands processes and support the implementation and conclusion of activities during project
• Very good communication skills with different stakeholders
• English skills: advanced.

Education

Bachelor's degree

Master's (Preferred)

Experience

Operations: 5 years (Preferred)

Automotive/Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)

Design & Development: 5 years (Preferred)
