Requirements

A successful Service Coordinator would:

• Be the voice of Acumen Technology to our clients as they contact us to provide support via email and phone calls.
• Support our core values and commit to always improving.
• Have fun working.
• Be serious about helping our team perform at a high level through coordinating their efforts and providing direction.
• Have strong typing and general computer use skills.
• Maintain business efficiencies through detailed documentation, time keeping, communication, and an eye on the metrics.
