SERVICE COORDINATOR

Job Description

Fulltime SERVICE COORDINATOR position available in Ashland, VA. Become a part of a busy growing team with the Werres Corporation, conveniently located near I95 / I64.

Main Tasks

• Respond to customer requirement and dispatch technicians
• Post outside purchases and approve vendor invoices
• Invoice service completed using parts, labor, outside purchases etc.
• Investigate invoice questions, credit card verification issues, labor posting issues
• Verify warranty
• Manage Work-In-Process
• Provide reports - ex: WIP, SM due, etc.
• Post labor to jobs, expense sheets, travel time
• Track technician hours worked. Submit timesheets for payroll
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities
• Coordinate installation prep / 90-day order tracks

Skills Required

• Service oriented with strong administrative skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, good record keeper, good with numbers, spreadsheet/PC literate
• Excellent communication and listening skills with ability to effectively interact with customers, vendors, and all levels of employees throughout the corporation.
• Self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
