Position Summary
Change Management in the role you will be part of a global team responsible for partnering with senior leadership, enterprise change management, technology, LOB SMEs, and LOB change practitioners to manage, govern and report on portfolio of programs and projects with and without material impacts. This role participates on cross functional teams; drives change adoption and change adherence reporting and routines for change practitioners, senior leaders and stakeholders. Role requires strong written, visual and verbal communications skills. The successful candidate will communicate, influence, negotiate and drive adoption and build relationships internal and external. The ideal candidate will advocate for Bank of America's global change policy, Enterprise Change Management Standards and systems of record, and the value change management brings to the business.
