Service Delivery Data Integrity Specialist

The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for ensuring that data integrity issues entered are corrected in the M6/Metasolv. Responsible working on projects to ensure accuracy of Data is consistent across platforms. Perform data integrity audits and institute resolution plan to any issues.
Responsibilities:

• Reviews requests for correctness and clarifies any design related items back to the responsible departments.
• Correct and update requests as necessary. Tracks assigned requests to ensure they are being coordinated in a timely manner.
• Exercises interpersonal skills in working with all internal departments.
• Performs other related duties or projects as assigned by management

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Manage workload to identify critical issues and prioritize those items that must be completed daily.
• Work around obstacles and roadblocks within the order flow to obtain the priority required by Zayo to meet required due dates. Show initiative in getting work done.
• Participate in operations-related projects, as needed.
• Support manager during escalations as requested.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform other miscellaneous duties, including staying abreast of technology and network solutions and cross training when needed.

SCOPE:
Works under close supervision, both individually and within a team environment. Requires logical application of telecom knowledge and experience. No direct supervisory responsibility. Performs work in a structured environment. This position may have a significant impact on short and long-term customer satisfaction and a direct impact on future revenues.
Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a telecommunications circuit design role that encompasses all aspects of circuit design
• Hands-on knowledge of telecommunications equipment configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce and Metasolv database applications.
• In depth knowledge of telecommunications standards and protocols.
• Provides support to field operations to resolve complex circuit provisioning problems; reviews and verifies complex technical data in an effort to resolve service or order issues
• Knowledge of DWDM network configuration and interworking.
• Practical knowledge of Ethernet/IP networks.
• Ability to initiate and comprehend complex designs and arrange detailed information in a logical format.
• Competency in navigating various database applications and Microsoft software applications such as Excel, Visio and Word.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a precise attention to detail.
• Self-initiated to gain additional knowledge necessary to perform job duties
• Solution oriented analytical problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Base pay range: $58,100 - $81,270, commensurate with experience
