Service Delivery Leader (Enrollment Operations)

We are seeking a Senior Director of Enrollment Operations (Service Delivery Leader) with a strong background in government programs enrollment operations leadership, particularly in ACA/Exchange/Marketplace lines of business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse teams across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of enrollment operations for health plan government programs, with a focus on ACA/Exchange/Marketplace lines of business.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize enrollment and membership processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team across multiple geographies, providing guidance and support to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline enrollment operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to inform operational strategies and ensure alignment with best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in health plan enrollment operations, with a focus on ACA/Exchange/Marketplace and commercial group lines of business.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the health plan enrollment space.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead teams across multiple geographies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills.
